Style Your Mind: 2 Ways to Do It

Hello gorgeous! I feel like I have so much to update you on! First of all, I hope your 2017 has been off to an amazing start. I’ve been keeping up with many of you through my girl gang as well as through social media, and I love seeing all of your celebrations! There’s a lot going on over at Champagne Diet HQ too, and I’m thrilled to fill you in on two brand new pieces of content I created just for you.

My new podcast, Style Your Mind just launched on iTunes and I could not be more excited. Some of you may have listened to my radio show last year, and as much as I loved doing radio, I received a lot of feedback that you ladies weren’t able to make the live show, and many of my international fans could not listen to the show on the I Heart Radio app. And when you have feedback, I listen. I worked my butt off to get the new podcast off the ground so there would not be too much of a time gap in between, and I’m proud to say there are already a few episodes live!

 

The show is meant to inspire and empower you, and it’s perfect for any woman who finds herself on the edge of change. Whether you’re about to launch a brand new business, make a major lifestyle change, leave a toxic relationship, or commit to loving yourself more fully, this podcast is for you. In the first few episodes, I talk about my personal journey and how I went from burnt-out, bored corporate professional to who I am today (hint: the total opposite of that mess!), as well as my experience becoming a life coach and advice to those who want to do the same, tips on staying positive and remaining focused on your dreams, and much more.

I’ve also been hard at work creating my brand new workbook and lifestyle guide, Style Your Mind! It launched last week and it’s been a huge hit. Seriously, she’s giving Girl Code a run for her money! Packed with over 100 pages of powerful questions, thought-provoking exercises, inspiring quotes, and lifestyle tips, I am incredibly proud of this project.

You ladies are truly loving it and it makes me so happy. As a master life coach, it makes me sad when people can’t experience the benefits of coaching due to time or budget constraints, so it was important for me to create a tool that could serve that purpose and be accessible to all. It’s seriously like having me in your back pocket as your personal life coach.
