Morning Routine: My Pink Bliss Breakfast Experience

You guys! It’s been one almost month since I started my weight loss journey (the last and final one I will ever be on) and I just wanted to give you a quick update. In the past 29 days, I’ve lost 12 pounds. I’ve shed 4 inches off my waist, and 2 inches off my arms. I feel absolutely on fire both physically and mentally. My vibe is off the charts. I finally feel as though I’ve found a true, sustainable way to lose this excess weight in the healthiest and most practical way possible.

I had to get really honest with myself and I got really vulnerable with you guys in that blog. And I’m proud to say I have helped over 100 women take control of their health as well just in the past few weeks. And it’s my mission to continue helping more and more because when I find something that I’m obsessed with that will make people’s lives better, I refuse to shut up about it.

As a part of my morning routine and my new nutrition plan, I have started drinking a protein shake each morning. But if you know me, you know I’m not just drinking any old protein shake. I call this “The CHANEL of the shake world” and there’s good reason. The ingredient list is as high-end as they come, and they make me feel high vibe AF. And naturally, I style mine to perfection. I get so many questions on Instagram about this recipe in particular, so I thought I’d share. Here’s my Pink Bliss Breakfast Experience:

 

1 scoop of vegan vanilla Shakeology

8 oz vanilla almond milk

1 cup of organic frozen dark cherries

1 teaspoon of organic almond extract

1 scoop of Beachbody Focused Energy boost

3 ice cubes

 

Blend together (I use this Ninja blender), serve in a gorgeous wine glass (this holographic one is from CB2), and enjoy while doing something fabulous for yourself like setting your daily intentions or writing your personal power mantra for the day!

I find creating this breakfast experience feels incredibly intentional. It also keeps me full, satisfied, energized, and also helps curb my cravings for all things carby/sweet/wine-filled and more. I seriously do not crave all the salty, sweet, indulgent stuff I used to and I know that this is the reason.
